International Assignment Solutions uses a multi-faceted approach to candidate selection/selection assessment. We design in collaboration with each company contact whether to assess with one of our experts, via certified tools, with self-assessment, or a combination of all three. Our professionals are certified to deliver several cultural assessment tools.
For country-specific programs, individuals leave recognizing which unique personality characteristics may be an easy fit with the potential country of assignment and which attributes may pose more of a challenge in the new location.
Not everyone will be successful on an international assignment. We red flag any glaring concerns, help potentials weed themselves out, or advise the company in which country an employee may be best suited. Ideally, candidate selection assessment feeds into creating a larger candidate pool.

Repatriation
Repatriation training is appropriate for anyone spending a year or more outside of his/her home country. During this one-day program, we discuss the new definition of “home,” how to reacclimate more easily, and how to leverage your experience for new career goals.
