Internal Training

Have you just hired an inexperienced administrator? Are you asking an experienced domestic relocation person to now cover international?

Our training programs cover what you need to know to get started. Lingo such as COLA, G&S, equalization, etc. will be explained.

Are you having problems with business unit heads communicating unrealistic expectations to your assignees? We create processes to avoid this.

Cost Projections

This critical step is so often missed and it is the one that allows HR people to actually act as a business PARTNER! Show your internal customers that you can be proactive and strategic by providing them with a comprehensive prediction of assignment cost. Management may decide the assignment is not worth the money. Either way, you have added value and you avoid the calls at year end once management realizes how much this assignee is costing.

Assignment cost projections include the cost of relocation benefits, assignment compensation allowances and home and host tax accrual figures.

Administration

Are you short staffed and just simply can not do all the work necessary to provide great customer service to your international assignees? Have you decided that it does not make economic sense to keep the administration work in-house?
